The 3 Peaks Challenge with a Twist !

As you  know, Adrian Lomas of Bluleaf  likes to set himself a personal challenge every year to raise money for charity and to help focus his attention on staying in some sort of shape. He’d love it if you’d be willing to help 🙂

On Thursday 31st May, three of us are setting off on the 3 Peaks challenge, but with a big twist. Rather than driving between the three mountains of Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis, we’ll be cycling between them and whilst we’re at it, we’ll canoe the three biggest lakes as well… all for fun, apparently. It seemed like a good idea when we planned it in the pub last winter.

It adds up to:

  • 3      mountains – a climb of over 11,000 ft
  • 3      lakes – kayaking for 35 miles
  • 3      countries – cycling over 400 miles

And all within 96 hours.

Here’s where you can help. We’re trying to raise £7000 for the Northwest Cancer Research Fund and I really hope you’ll join us in the fight by sponsoring me here. I really appreciate every bit of support.

Also, for a bit of fun whilst you enjoy the long bank holiday weekend, why not track us live here? You can even eat along with us as you see how many calories are burnt and watch lots of other little bits of useless information in real-time. (Also available on mobile – well what do you expect from the Best Digital Agency in the World?)

Many thanks

Adrian Lomas
