Connectivity – reviving 1960s office tower to a 280-bed hotel !

Connectivity Associates has won planning permission for a new hotel next to Birmingham’s New Street Station.

Mike Gibson, Director of Connectivity successfully negotiated the permission on behalf of Network Rail for the conversion of a vacant 1960′s office tower, into a 280-bed hotel with conference, bar and restaurant facilities. This prominent building will now be brought back into active use and will be a major asset to the city centre.
