‘Planning Your Exit Strategy’ – Succession Planning for your Business

Careful planning of an exit strategy from your business is all part of having a clear vision of what you want to achieve from the business – do you have one ? If not, this months seminar hosted by John Loney and Tim Polding of Oliver & Co., being held on Thursday 17th January at The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, is not to be missed.

A well planned exit strategy will help you:

  • Mould the business into the ideal shape for your chosen exit option, maximising the value which you get from it
  • Groom successors if they’re coming from within the business – whether they’re family members or part of your management team
  • Exit at a time of your choosing, when the business is doing well and market conditions are advantageous.
