At this months seminar, David Bingle of DDL Group will look at the power of marketing data and how it can be used to generate a real return on investment from direct marketing campaigns, bringing to life some great examples of the journey he typically takes a company on to help them achieve their direct marketing objectives.

About the Presenter
For over 30 years David has been at the helm of leading UK direct marketing services company DDL Group based in Ellesmere Port and Dunoon. David works with large and small UK Companies assisting with the development of their data and direct marketing strategy with the emphasis on generating real return on investment on marketing activity. Clients include JD Williams, the USA Embassy, Fresenius, Thomas Cook, Scottish Enterprise, Country Attire. For the last few years much of David’s work has been involved with data analytics and profiling looking at how this can be applied to direct marketing. This year has been dominated helping Clients through the GDPR mire. David also acts as an expert witness in a variety of legal cases including receipt and despatch of material via the internet and email, recovery of deleted data and examination of digital images. David is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing and a Member of the Market Research Society.
