The launch of the Business Network in Chester was covered by the Chester Chronicle with the following article published on July 8th by Gil Lightfoot :

MORE than 140 business owners and decision makers from across Chester and the region turned out for the inaugural meeting of Business Network Chester at the Racecourse last week.

“We had a wonderful turn-out for the inaugural meeting and I am now confident that the Business Network Chester’s monthly lunch meetings will become an integral part of the city’s business scene from now on,” said founder Tracy Griffiths.
“Those in attendance were so positive about the Network. I can’t count how many times I was told that the Chester business community had been waiting for such a refreshing new approach to networking.”

Helen Bennett, founder of the Business Network Manchester, the flagship group which has inspired others across the country, said: “Chester’s business community has really welcomed Tracy and her new Business Network Chester with open arms. I have no doubt that this network is going to be hugely successful.”

The next Business Network meeting takes place at Chester Racecourse on July 22.
