About the Presenters
Francis Ball started his career with M&S as a buyer and moved upwards eventually moving on to Littlewoods as Trading Director and from there created a start-up for them in Russia. When Littlewoods invested in the UK arm of Price Club Francis was appointed CEO – however Costco bought Price Club six weeks after launch and Francis was appointed trading director a post he held until 2004 when he was appointed CEO. He ‘retired’ in 2006 but is now busier than ever with a string of Directorships and is launching a charity in early 2014.
Moray Newberry is MD of Monitor – a full service graphic design and marketing agency, for the last 20 years and before that had 25 years in sales & marketing with the Bernstein Group and Formica Ltd.
